You'll also need to source a place to find your 2.5" bends with a 3.0" centerline radius else you wont get around the bottom of the framing rail, or around the AC reciever/dryer. There is also the issue of "burn through" when welding thin aluminum piping like that - some places you can get to the welds on the inside to clean them up with a die grinder but there will be some you can't get to. I probably should have also noted that these pipes are aluminized mild steel and will be powdercoated on the inside like the OEM pipes are. Also given that the PCV system dumps a coat of oil throughout the intake piping, it will further reduce the possibility for any corrosion.
